If you're wondered why Nike would choose to make this the second colour of the newly re-mastered Air Max 180, fire up your bootleg copy of Photoshop, hit 'invert' and reveal the big brain idea. For the technologically challenged, it's basically the OG 'Ultramarine' colour invertedwhite becomes black, pink becomes blue, etc.

For fans of the AM180, this new version sports a re-engineered design including (finally) a HUGE Air bubble like the OG. Under the careful guidance of Leon Witherow aka Nike has finally give the 180 the bringback it deserves.

The big talking point is no-doubt the re-tooled midsole, with a fullsized Air bubble not seen since the originals released in 1991. With this new big bubble, the 180's attitude is restored, bringing an aggressive stance back to the model for the first time in 33 years.
