Tactile grip surfaces enhance security on oily surfaces
The union between and BAPE is back with a full collection of apparel, footwear and accessories, including the Superstar V BAPE in children sizing. It combines iconic features from each brand, namely adidas Superstar and BAPEs eponymous camo pattern.
There are some notable elements to this cross-functional effort. The leather upper is debossed with BAPE camo and contrasted by dual Sta and three stripe branding. A closer eye reveals the side logos are asymmetrical between left and right feet, revisiting a unique look from previous efforts. The collaboration is finished off with ape head and wordmark branding throughout.
